Feedback received during the consultation will be documented and considered as part of the ongoing ESIA process.

PURPOSE OF THE MEETING • Present the project objectives and the design progress. • Explain the ESIA process and upcoming stakeholder engagement activities. • Receive questions, concerns, suggestions, and local knowledge to inform the assessment and project development.

INCLUSIVE PARTICIPATION: The meeting is open to everyone. Participation by women, young people, older persons, persons with

disabilities, members of non-majority communities, landowners and land users, NGOs, and other potentially affected or interested

persons is strongly encouraged. Simultaneous interpretation in Albanian, Serbian, and English will be available.
